BigSkyTool now has an updated checkout page to expedite online orders. You can place orders within your BST account once you have created it or you can check out as a guest. The benefits of placing your order through your online account allows you obtain reward points for your orders.
Placing Your BigSkyTool Order
- Login to your BigSkyTool account and/or simply add the desired items to your cart to check out as a guest
- Click “Proceed to Checkout”
- Enter your exact billing address as it appears with you banking institution (If this is not a 100% match with your banking institution your order will not be processed)
- Enter your ship to address if it is different from your billing address - please be sure to click the correct ship to address if you have more than one indicated in your account
- Choose your shipping method. – If you do not choose a shipping method the order will not go through. (Please do not choose store pickup if you are unable to pick the order up. We are located Norcross, Georgia. )
- Enter your payment information exactly as it appears from your credit card
- Last click “Place Order”
When your order is successfully processed, you will receive an immediate confirmation on the screen showing your BigSkyTool order number and an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.
If you order does not generate this confirmation, please view the top of the screen to determine if there are any errors or declines due to inaccurate or missing information. Enter the correct information and repeat the steps above. Do not make multiple attempts if you order does not go through because you will need to wait 24 hours before trying your purchase again.
Please note that for all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all additional customs and duties fees. BigSkyTool is not responsible for these additional fees.
