Please contact customer service immediately and within the first 60 days of order receipt to report any defective issues with Hitachi reconditioned tools. You must reference the following information in your email correspondence:

  1. Contact our fantabulous customer service agent via email (customerservice@bigskytool.com) or on our "Contact Us" Page
  2. Provide the order details including your full name, order number, model number of the item(s)to be returned and provide a brief description of the defective item issue you are experiencing
  3. Indicate if you are requesting a refund or repair/exchange of the defective tool within the first 60 days
  4. Our customer service department will respond to the email with the return authorization form and RMA number
  5. A return label will be issued and attached to that email for defective returns

Please note you are ineligible for a RMA if you purchase an item and do not disclose any of these issues immediately and within the first 60 days of your order. After the 60 day time period has expired, any issues are considered warranty and should be handled as such. See the warranty policy/procedures section.
